Due to the very limited space available on this retreat, and the large upfront costs we incur in arranging for your visit, we must adhere to our strict cancellation policy as follows:
In the rare event that Sol Spirit Retreats must cancel a retreat, all retreat attendees will be notified a minimum of 60 days before the retreat starts and will receive a full refund of payments made to Sol Spirit Retreats. Sol Spirit Retreats reserves the right to cancel any retreat for any reason, including insufficient retreat enrollment. Sol Spirit Retreats is not responsible for expenses incurred by guests in preparing for a canceled retreat, including, but not limited to, nonrefundable airline tickets, visa fees, inoculations, equipment, etc. We encourage you to contact our office prior to purchasing your airline tickets to check the status of your retreat.
We strongly recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance. Travel insurance information is enclosed with your trip planning materials, or a policy can be purchased through your travel agent. This can help prevent needless loss in case of serious illness, accident, or death of the traveler, traveler’s immediate family, or traveling companion.

Travel to and from retreat meeting/departure points, pre- and post-retreat accommodations and meals, optional activities, optional gratuities for your guide(s), and personal items are not included.
